The registration code refers to the student admission number. You can find the admission number of the student printed on his/her ID card and confirm the details before proceeding with payment.
It's important to emphasize that the prefix in the student admission number is strictly enforced, meaning that "PP-966" is distinct and different from "966."
As a recommendation, we highly encourage parents to diligently validate the aforementioned details, including the name of the student, on the payment page before proceeding with any transactions. This extra precaution will help ensure the accuracy of the information and minimize the risk of any errors or discrepancies.
Absolutely! The Qfix Portal allows you to conveniently download, print, and even receive receipts via email in a user-friendly PDF format once the payment is made. Furthermore, you have the option to view and download past receipts as needed in the "Payment History" Tab.
In fact, we highly recommend downloading a copy of the receipts and printing them during exam periods, as they are required for obtaining hall tickets. Once the fee receipt is stamped, the student will be able to receive their hall tickets and will be permitted to write the exam without any hassle.
